At Nyoou, we're dedicated to giving you products that we believe in and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you're not thrilled with your purchase after 14 days and within our 90-day money-back guarantee, contact us at hello@nyoou.com.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We know our products rock, so we want you to give them a fair shot for at least 14 days before we will process a refund or return. After that 14 days If you're still not happy, you can return them within 90 days. Please note, shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us at hello@nyoou.com. Include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address you used when ordering to speed things up.
Cancellation Policy
Need to change or cancel your order? No problem! Just let us know within 24 hours of placing it and before item is shipped. After that, your order might already be on its way and we are not able to initiate cancellation. If you do qualify for a cancellation, we'll process your refund within 7 business days.
Damaged Items
We pack our products with care, but if something arrives broken, we're here to help. We consider an item damaged if it's defective or physically broken. Dented boxes or damage during shipping don't count if the product inside is fine.
If your item is damaged, let us know within 72 hours of delivery. Email us at hello@nyoou.com with a clear photo of the damage. We'll check if you're eligible for a free replacement. We don't refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to get your order to you quickly, but sometimes delays happen that are beyond our control (like courier issues or customs delays). If you have delivery problems, contact the courier directly. We're not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Non-Deliverable Package
We strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders. If a package is undeliverable, we will notify you via email with details for pickup at your local post office. When we are able to a second reminder will be sent if the package remains unclaimed.
Unclaimed packages may be returned to us or destroyed by the postal service. In such cases:
- We are not liable for unclaimed or destroyed packages.
- Please note: Refunds are not provided for unclaimed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout! If there's an error and you don't tell us within 24 hours, we aren't able to offer a resend or refund.
