Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched when handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7-14 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The delivery time of your package depends on the transit time after dispatch. Factors such as your location will affect delivery time.
Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. International shipments may encounter unexpected customs delays, affecting the overall delivery timeframe.
Undeliverable Packages
We strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders. If a package is undeliverable, we will notify you via email with details for pickup at your local post office. A second reminder will be sent if the package remains unclaimed.
Unclaimed packages may be returned to us or destroyed by the postal service. In such cases:
- We are not liable for unclaimed or destroyed packages.
- Refunds are not provided for unclaimed packages.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
Ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may result in delays or cancellation. If we detect an address issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify details. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us at hello@nyoou.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee modifications after this period.
Delayed Delivery
We strive to ship all orders promptly, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier issues or severe weather. We will work with the courier to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible.
Unforeseen circumstances like product availability issues, address verification problems, or payment processing delays may also affect your order. We will notify you of any issues that may cause delays.
Nyoou is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. However, we will keep you updated on your order status and assist with any issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@nyoou.com, and we will assist you. We recommend reaching out to the courier company directly to file a claim. Most couriers have a process for lost or stolen packages and may require additional information from you. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf.
Nyoou is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping and these fall outside our refund policy. However, we will do everything possible to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package is not found.
